Dr Kate Moore
Dr Kate MooreMBBS MRCGP
A GP for 16 years with extensive experience of Primary Care Provision, including tendering and setting up new services. Kate has been involved in procuring the primary mental health service and managing groups of patients better in the community ( ‘virtual ward’).

Clear understanding of the commissioning of care and using business intelligence and data in clinical contexts to improve and streamline patient care. Kate’s focus has been to reduce inefficiencies by utilising technology to support and develop strategies to deliver out of hospital care and care closer to home.

As chair/GP lead of the Health Intelligence group and CCG Governing body member, Kate has led the business intelligence and Primary Care strategy at Richmond CCG.

Dr Alexander Norman
Dr Alexander NormanMBChB MRCGP
Qualified for eight years and now working in Primary Care following completion of a Darzi Fellowship which involved reviewing referral management services, cardiology and ophthalmology pathways, community referral mechanism, Individual funding request and setting up Local Directory of Services. These projects required the right data and technology to be delivered successfully.

Currently using health intelligence combined with clinical knowledge to develop patient pathways and service provision. Helping healthcare professionals deliver more efficient and effective services which ultimately enable better patient care and outcomes.

Alex believes that data can be infinitely more powerful when you can link from different sources and ask the right questions.

Dr Nicola Bignell
Dr Nicola BignellMA (cantab) MRCGP
A GP for 14 years whose expertise in gate-keeping and demand management has been extended to use business intelligence to map and develop services. Nicola studied at Cambridge University and then Royal London hospital.

Nicola has been involved in several projects including the CCG Intranet and GP Portal to improve communications between CCG and GP’s. Her role in this collaboration project has been pivotal to the successful delivery and on going requirements.

As well as being a CCG Governing body member Nicola is also Lead GP for the Richmond Clinical Assessment service where data driven insights are key to developing and improving services.

Azhin Abdulla

A creative, innovative and highly motivated BI/Collaboration Consultant with experience of  working in the NHS.  Azhin has been successfully capturing and defining reporting requirements for GP’s, NHS Management and Commissioning Teams.

Azhin works effectively with others and possesses an enthusiastic approach with the ability to bring all parts of BI/Collaboration together.

Paul Gibson

Paul has over 15 years of NHS experience working in acute, primary care and commissioning sectors. Over the past 10 years he has developed into an experienced professional programme and project management specialist with a focus on IT enabled business transformation. He combines this with further 8 years in IT development and support roles across a broad spectrum of disciplines enabling him to bridge between project-operational and business-technology environments.

Paul has successfully delivered a wide range of initiatives from clinical system deployments, data migration projects, pathway re-design, infrastructure projects, back office systems and business intelligence solutions.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills effective in both customer and supplier environments enable Paul to specialise in the mobilisation of business challenges, goals and strategy through to structured requirements and delivery plans that support achievement of business benefits and sustainable change.
